You are welcome to start your vacation on any day. We require a 5-night minimum. Most guests stay from 7 to 14 nights. Christmas and New Year’s reservations are always the same- Christmas week is December 20th-27th, and New Year’s Week is December 27th-January 3rd. There may be partial weeks available on either side of these two high-demand holiday weeks, and you’re welcome to add them to your stay.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Villa Calypso accepts all major credit cards at no extra charge to the guest.
A deposit of 50% of the full rental amount is due to make your reservation. The balance of the rental payment is due 90 days prior to arrival and will automatically bill to the credit card on file. In lieu of a security deposit, we will place a $2500 hold on your credit card (not a charge), which will be released when you leave the villa provided there are no damages.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance as there is no refund for cancellations. We have made arrangements with Nationwide Insurance to offer full coverage that can be canceled for any reason, for 10% of your vacation cost. You must purchase the travel insurance within 7 days of booking your reservation. You can find the details and book travel insurance here.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be made by the Villa owner due to unforeseen issues with Villa Calypso, in which case Owners will offer a full refund or attempt to relocate reserved guests in a like-kind or better villa. ALL RENTAL RATES AND SEASON DATES ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Rates listed do not include GOVERNMENT HOTEL TAX (12.5% for U.S. Virgin Islands) or the cleaning and insurance fees.
